All completed payments are final and non-refundable, unless the error is proven to be caused by RevComm.
For service purchases made via the website, refunds are not available even if the customer does not utilize the service, as access has already been granted.

2. Prosedur Permintaan Pengembalian Dana (Refund Request Procedure)
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date or the date the issue occurred, along with supporting documentation.
